BAM Nuttall offers structured graduate training schemes in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying, accredited and monitored by ICE and CICES respectively. The programs place 35-40 graduates on site each year, include 30-35 Summer Vacation and 15-20 Supervised Work Experience placements, and offer sponsorship for the remainder of the degree. Successful participants gain knowledge, skills and the competence to progress toward Eng Tech and Chartered Engineer status, with broad exposure across civil engineering sectors and a commitment to equality of opportunity and work-life balance.
