An 8-week on-site internship in Macy’s Supply Chain Operations (Columbus, OH) within the Process Engineering team. Rotate through each function of a distribution facility, apply data analysis to improve workflow efficiency, labor utilization, and equipment performance, and help develop/test process improvements. Work with orders, transportation, and warehouse management systems; document best practices; participate in professional development and senior leader networking. Requires rising seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA; on-site with physical requirements (heavy lifting up to 30 lbs) and a flexible schedule.
