Entry-level Management Trainee in Operations. A 16-week intensive training program designed to prepare you for an initial leadership/supervisory role in operations, with relocation to another facility required after the program. Responsibilities include learning transportation/logistics principles, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building; observing an Account Manager during customer sales calls and accompanying drivers on local routes. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related work experience. Third shift. Average annual starting pay: $50,000-$60,000.
