Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. The program provides hands-on rotations through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management with the goal of developing leadership skills and preparing you for career advancement within the company. It includes professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits. Candidates must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months, and there are DOT driving prerequisites including an active driver’s license, being at least 21, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing prior employment documentation. Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program is preferred.
