Entry-level Management Trainee program in Recycling at Gerdau. A 12-18 month development program with on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentorship from management in Operations and Commercial departments. Incumbent will support Location Supervisor(s) and Location Manager, gain understanding of scrap market and grading, and participate in scrap collection, sorting, and delivery processes. Approximately 50% of time spent outside in the scrap yard. Requires a four-year college degree in a business-related discipline and willingness to relocate to various locations within North America during the program.
