Management Trainee - BGC, Taguig City

The Management Trainee helps the Restaurant Manager in running the store and achieving targets during the shift.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily shift operations.

Monitoring store performance and suggesting improvements.

Gathering information to support marketing activities and promotions.

Checking if the store is ready for new products.

Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and good store conditions.

Making sure company standards are followed during the shift.

Implementing excellent customer service practices.

Monitoring the performance of service providers and ensuring they meet agreed standards.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course.

No work experience required.
