The ARM 3 role supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving KRA targets by managing shift operations, monitoring and analyzing performance across KRAs, gathering data for marketing program development, and implementing the suggestive selling program. The ARM 3 checks store preparedness for new products, implements Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition plans, drives Gold Standard Consistency compliance, and provides feedback to function holders. It also monitors the Alagang Jollibee and the 3P service provider versus Service Level Agreement. Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course. Previous work experience is not required.
