Tower Loan is offering a full-time Manager Development Program to train Manager Trainees over 10-12 months. The program develops leadership in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, with hands-on experience and performance-based incentives. Location is onsite in Kankakee, IL. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with occasional extended hours and some Saturdays. Requires high school diploma or GED, willingness to relocate upon promotion, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
