Education required:  Master of Science/MSc — degree in a scientific discipline (such as Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Science, Biomedical, Supply chain, Production Management, Mathematics, Biological Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biologics & Process Technology, Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science) or a related field, with a focus on AI, Data management, digital technologies or change management.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in French and English

Other requirements:  Graduation by August 2027

On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?

Gain an insight into the manufacturing side of our business, developing your expertise in production, engineering, quality and technical services or supply chain management, while broadening your global business perspective

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Gain hands-on exposure to production processes, manufacturing systems, and equipment performance.

Explore Innovative Technologies: Work with cutting-edge technologies and understand the entire pharmaceutical production lifecycle.

Risk and Compliance: Develop understanding of risk management and compliance critical to manufacturing operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Discover how manufacturing, quality, technical services, and supply chain functions work together to get products to our patients
