Maritime Advisory Trainee Programme in Oslo, Norway. DNV Maritime Advisory is launching a two-year trainee programme with two paths (Technical Advisory or Maritime Consulting). You will complete three rotations across Maritime Advisory and related business units, gain exposure to the entire maritime value chain, and work on real customer projects from day one. The programme includes mentoring, a structured development plan, and opportunities to build a strong professional network within DNV and the maritime industry. Focus areas include decarbonization and future fuels, digitalization and AI, safety and risk management, operational performance, fleet strategy and investments, and maritime innovation and transformation. Applicants should have completed a relevant Master’s degree by July 2027, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
