MBA Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide first-year MBA students with hands-on experience in field operations and strategic project work. Interns are placed at locations across the country with rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration, and are supported by a program manager and mentor. The program offers exposure to executive leadership, a formal training curriculum, and opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives, with high-performing interns considered for full-time roles including the General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP).
