Job Description Summary

As an Engineering College Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through a combination of daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.

Job Description

Conducts time studies and cycle time checks.

Creates performance-based reports

Conducts delay studies to loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Assists Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university, preferably in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering major.

Graduation date of December 2027 or later.

Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
