Medical Assistant – Apprentice (MA-A)

Medical Assistant Apprentice (MA-A) program at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Vancouver, WA. A 12- to 15-month registered apprenticeship preparing candidates to take the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. 2000 hours of paid on-the-job training plus 364 hours of unpaid coursework, with in-person lab days and hands-on skill practice. On-site clinical duties including patient prep, vital signs, EHR documentation, assisting with exams, and administering medications/immunizations within MA-A scope.
