Medical Assistant training program designed for individuals with little to no clinical experience. Requires traveling to West Penn Nursing School or AHN Suburban in Bellevue two days per week for hands-on training; the other three days per week are in a physician office. After completing the program, you must sit for the Certification Exam. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) in the physician office where you were hired. External hires start at $18/hour; after certification, the rate increases to $19.26/hour.
