Nemours Children's Health seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Trainee to join the NICU team in Wilmington, DE. The NNP Trainee will function as a learner and in a supportive role within the neonatology setting, with mentored clinical practice experiences and a pathway to becoming a credentialed member of the Interdisciplinary team within nine months of start date. Must be a graduate of a neonatal nurse practitioner program and achieve national certification within 6 months of start date. Upon certification, licensure in DE (CSR & DE DEA) is required to practice.
