Nursing Resident in the CICU in Wilmington, DE. Full-time 12-month nurse residency (6 months precepted with didactic and clinical experience, plus 6 months of didactic support) starting early 2027. Responsibilities include assessing and planning care for children with complex needs, implementing and evaluating care plans, discharge planning, and advocating for patients and families in a pediatric ICU/critical care setting. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), minimum GPA 3.25, pediatric ICU/critical care experience preferred, BLS certification, and active Delaware nursing license.
