Network Specialty Educator/Fellowship Coordinator- Acute Care

Role to develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate network-wide specialty nursing fellowships (e.g., critical care, maternal-child, perioperative, emergency); provides general specialty education contributing to programs, policies/procedures, and professional development across the network. Includes coordinating onboarding for new surgical department hires, facilitating staff certification, and collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance and ongoing staff development. Requires BSN (MSN within 5 years) and an active RN license in NJ or PA with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in the specialty.
