New Graduate RN – Nurse Residency Program at Essentia Health in Graceville, MN. On-site registered nurse role in Med/Surg with a yearlong Nurse Residency program, mentoring, and professional development. Includes a sign-on bonus and NCLEX study support. Work 72 hours per pay period, every third weekend, with rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts (Day shift 7:00 AM–7:30 PM; Overnight 7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Unit availability includes Med/Surg and ED.
