New Grad RN Resident - Cardiology Stepdown Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH. The J72 unit is a 25-bed telemetry unit providing fast-paced nursing care to patients with myocardial infarction, post-cardiac intervention, chronic heart failure, dysrhythmia management and pulmonary hypertension. The role includes a day/night rotation on a 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m./7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. schedule, and participates in a one-year Nurse Residency program with nine tracks, online modules, simulation lab and hands-on training, plus RN loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance. Strong emphasis on patient and family interactions, safety resources, and ongoing professional development.
