New Graduate RN Residency at Mercy Fort Smith, Arkansas. A one-year transition-to-practice program offering orientation, hands-on clinical training, and mentorship to newly licensed nurses. Cohorts start February 15, 2027. Placement across departments including Cardiac, Critical Care/ICU Stepdown, Critical Care/Medical ICU, Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, Medical Surgical, Medical/Telemetry, Mother/Baby, Neuro, NICU, Observation, Oncology, Ortho. Eligibility: ≤12 months nursing experience; Nursing degree from an accredited school; Temporary Arkansas license or nursing compact license; Basic Life Support certification. Benefits include day-one health, vision and dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement and employer-matched retirement funds for those working 32+ hours per pay period; $20,000 loan forgiveness; up to $2,000 annually in tuition assistance; Premium Pay Program; Shift Differential Pay.
