New Graduate Nurse Residency - Vermont & New York Summer 2026 Cohorts

New Graduate Nurse Residency program for Summer/Fall 2026 cohorts across University of Vermont Health (UVM Health) partners in Vermont and Northeastern New York. Open to May 2026 graduates with cohorts starting June–October 2026 (subject to unit/affiliate). Program provides structured classes, hands-on skills sessions, and precepted clinical experiences to prepare newly licensed nurses for bedside care. Units include Alice Hyde Medical Center (Malone, NY), Central Vermont Medical Center (Berlin, VT), Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (Plattsburgh, NY), Elizabethtown Community Hospital (Elizabethtown, NY), Home Health & Hospice (VT), Porter Medical Center (Middlebury, VT), The University of Vermont Medical Center (Burlington, VT) among others. Sign-on bonuses may be offered per partner; internal transfers have policy restrictions.
