Nursing Intern, Medical Surgical Ortho

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lees Summit, MO is seeking a Nursing Student to join the Medical Surgical Ortho as a Nurse Intern. This PRN position requires enrollment in an accredited RN program with Fundamentals of Nursing completed and an expected graduation in 2026/2027 or 2027/2028. The Nursing Intern will perform clinical procedures and provide patient care under RN supervision, may perform unit-validated technical tasks, but will be restricted from licensed tasks. BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) is required. Location: Saint Luke's East Hospital, 100 NE Saint Luke's Blvd, Lees Summit, MO. Schedule: PRN with a minimum of 1 shift per 6-week schedule. On-site daytime role; no remote option stated.
