Bunge offers an Engineering Operations Trainee program in the United States (Avondale, LA). The 18-month training develops skills in day-to-day operations across facilities such as crushing, refining, grain, or packaging, with a 70/20/10 governance for hands-on, informal, and formal learning. Trainees may relocate for growth opportunities and may travel to other locations for instruction. Upon completion, candidates can pursue full-time roles in Engineering, Supervision, Maintenance & Reliability, EHS, CI, or related areas.
