Operations Summer Intern role in North America during the summer of 2027 focusing on process improvement initiatives within state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include identifying and supporting process improvements, building project plans, leading or supporting projects to completion, assisting plant leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Assignment locations may include Perris CA, Peachtree City GA, Mount Prospect IL, Greenfield IN, Lowell IN, Mentor/Painesville/Fairport Harbor OH, Miamisburg OH, Oak Harbor OH, Neenah WI; assignment location to be provided in late April.
