Operations Working Student (Berlin, on-site) for a US-based AI recruiting marketplace. Responsibilities include sourcing talents and directly approaching candidates, guiding them through the recruiting process, building talent pipelines and candidate databases, improving our recruiting processes and tools, and conducting market research on talent markets. You will work closely with the founding team; fluent in German and English; minimum 15–20 hours per week; flexible hours to fit your studies; true early-stage startup environment with real impact and fair compensation.
