Packaging R&D Co-op at Land O’Lakes in Arden Hills, MN. Paid, hourly $26/hr. May 2027 – November 2027. In-office four days a week; relocation to Arden Hills for the duration. Responsibilities include supporting and leading packaging development and renovation across a Dairy Foods portfolio (Butter & Spreads, Cheese, Retail Sweet Snacks, and Dairy Powders), including new packaging designs, optimization of existing designs and processes, cost savings initiatives, testing procedures, sustainability reporting, and related objectives. Typical focus areas include distribution hazard analysis and testing, test method development, vendor and material qualifications, shelf-life and sensory testing, competitive product analysis, quality investigations, and specification/drawing development. Requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, or related field. Travel to plant facilities may be required. Sponsorship for immigration not offered.
