One-year Legislative Science and Technology Policy Fellowship embedded in the Center for Rural Pennsylvania (CRP) in Harrisburg, PA, starting Fall 2026 for 12 months. The Fellow, with a Ph.D. or terminal degree, will conduct and synthesize research, write reports, and develop policy recommendations across themes such as health and wellness, economic and workforce development, and agriculture/environment. Training provided in Pennsylvania state government, policy processes, and effective science communication; CRP staff will manage day-to-day work. The position is based in Harrisburg with a hybrid schedule (3 core days in the office, 2 telework days) and potential continuation based on funding and performance.
