Responsible for troubleshooting all plant maintenance issues during shift, providing timely repairs, upkeep and preventative maintenance; ensures adequate repair parts are stocked and uses MRO/work order systems; assists with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications; performs mold setup/removal and machine/auxiliary equipment maintenance; troubleshoots molding/processing equipment to produce quality parts; collaborates with Production Management, HR, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Tool Room; requires experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC; 3+ years in a high-speed assembly production environment; forklift operation; adherence to GMP and safety procedures; able to work in a team and respond effectively in emergencies.
