Power Start Trainee - Electrical Engineering role in Hefei, Anhui, China. Full-time position with Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit. You will be responsible for transformer R&D, technical optimization, cost-down initiatives, technical services and after-sales support; lead transformer technical proposal solutions and design reviews; provide on-site guidance throughout production; handle external technical promotion, market analysis and preparation/review of tender and order technical specification documents; assist in process improvements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Requirements include master's degree or above in electrical engineering, proficiency in MS-Office, fluent English, and good communication and teamwork skills.
