Praktikum Human Resources / Personalmanagement (m/w/d) – 6 Monate | Start Frühjahr 2027

Paid six-month HR internship based in Schönkirchen, Germany with hybrid work flexibility. Start March or April 2027. Location: Schönkirchen (near Kiel). 35 hours per week. Mentoring and training provided; projects with real impact in an international medtech environment. Tasks include supporting HR Business Partners, planning engagement and inclusion events, contributing to talent development programs and employee well-being processes, and autonomously handling sub-projects. Requirements include enrollment in a bachelor or master program in economics, psychology, sociology, pedagogy, law or related fields; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); very good German (C1) and good English (B2).
