Program includes three 12–18 month tracks: Process Engineer, Production Shift Supervisor, and Technical Services / Commercial. Start date January 2027. Designed to develop technical, operational, and leadership skills through hands-on learning across multiple manufacturing operations, with cross-functional collaboration and exposure to automation and digital manufacturing technologies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering and December 2026 graduation; internship/co-op or related engineering experience preferred. Travel may be required.
