TEL Silicon Valley seeks a Process Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in the San Jose office. Responsibilities include designing and conducting process DOEs for optimization, analyzing tool signal data and metrology results, performing plasma diagnostics and integrating signals with data, constructing reduced order models of chamber hardware, and performing EM field and plasma simulations with commercial codes. Qualified candidates are enrolled in Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; knowledge of DOE, CAD, and computational plasma/fluids simulation tools is highly desired, and coding plus machine learning skills are strongly desired. Prior experience in thin films or cleanroom environments is a plus.
