Scope of Position
This analytical and detail-oriented individual, as part of the Marketing team, will be responsible for supporting product data management initiatives that improve the quality, consistency, and usability of product information across the organization. The Product Data Analyst, Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience with product data, data governance standards, and business systems while supporting accurate product information for Marketing, Sales, Operations, customer experience, and channel partner success.
This position reports to the Manager, Product Commercialization. This role is onsite and is based in N Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain product data integrity by adhering to established data governance standards and business rules.
Review, cleanse, and update product information to correct inconsistencies, standardize terminology, and improve data quality.
Research and enter dimensional, specification, and product attribute information from technical documentation and product literature.
Assist with identifying and resolving product data gaps across systems and databases.
Support communication of product data updates and changes to internal stakeholders and external channel partners.
Learn and utilize various software systems and tools used to manage product information across the business.
Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Operations, and other business functions to support data-related initiatives.
Assist with documentation of data standards, processes, and best practices.
Participate in internship development activities, networking opportunities, and cross-functional learning experiences.
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Manager, Product Commercialization or Company management.
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and transparency by maintaining accurate product information, following data governance standards, identifying process improvements, and clearly communicating data updates.
Required Qualifications
Current student (rising junior status).
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and technologies used for data collection, validation, or population.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple departments.
Demonstrated initiative and follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large datasets, databases, or product information.
Exposure to data management, data governance, or product information systems.
Experience using advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP, or data validation tools.
Interest in product management, marketing operations, business analytics, or digital commerce.
