Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Support

Assist in documenting and optimizing manufacturing processes and work instructions.

Support process data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Participate in shop floor observations and identify improvement opportunities.

Help track process-related issues and support corrective actions.

Assist engineers in implementing manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives.

Project Management Support

Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.

Maintain project action logs, risk registers, and status reports.

Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project tasks.

Support project documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Manufacturing Engineering/Project Management/ Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

English communication skills for working in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.

Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
