Registered Nurse RN New Graduate Observation Unit

Full-time New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health in Tucson, AZ. The RN position is in the M/S-Observation Unit (two observation units: 20-bed 4NW and 16-bed 1NW) with 12-month clinical mentorship, Cerner EMR orientation, competency assessments, and structured career development across pathways. Typical schedule is three 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotations; benefits begin the 1st of the month after start; BSN preferred (ADN at select locations); BLS required; no more than 12 months RN experience; new grads must live within a reasonable commute distance of the facility.
