Registered Nurse RN New Graduate Resource Team Days

The Banner Health New Nurse Experience is a full-time Registered Nurse position (New Graduate RN Residency Program) located at Wyoming Medical Center Central in Casper, Wyoming. The program provides a collaborative learning environment where new graduates can refine nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and develop personal and professional relationships, with mentorship by unit staff and educators. Successful candidates will be placed in specific units for at least 12 months, with multiple career pathways and development opportunities. Most new nurses will work 3, 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations. Benefits include a comprehensive package (health/dental/vision insurance, PTO/sick time accrual, 401K, and more). Weekend differential is $1.50/hour and night shift differential is 15% when applicable.
