An R&D intern will gain experience in product development by working alongside food scientists in the development of new products and processes for beef, pork, and chicken. The internship runs for 12 weeks in Springdale, AR, with in-person 40-hour weeks. Housing is provided for candidates located outside a 50-mile radius. Projects may focus on cost savings, quality improvement, profitability, innovation, or product competitiveness, and the intern will deliver a final report and presentation.
