Resettlement Case Management Intern supports the IRC’s resettlement team with daily tasks to welcome and promote the self-sufficiency of refugees, asylees, and other humanitarian immigrants in the Baltimore metro area. Interns will be the initial point of contact for newly arrived refugees, assisting with resettlement services for up to five years after arrival, and will work directly with clients and families to coordinate housing, benefits activation, documentation, transportation, orientation, and other services—remotely or in-person as needed.
