Respiratory Care Student (RCS) provides Respiratory Care to non-critical hospital patients under supervision; participates in a clinical respiratory program; communicates with physicians and nurses; adheres to safety and environmental standards; supports department operations and quality improvement. Requires current enrollment in an approved respiratory care program, active application for Texas Medical Board licensure, NBRC credentialing eligibility for CRT and/or RRT, and current BLS certification; English fluency required.
