JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company requirements.

Support the team in identifying contractual risks and proposing amendments where appropriate.

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Prepare summaries, reports, and presentation materials as assigned.

Support the preparation of documents related to legal matters and internal projects.

Assist in maintaining and organizing contract databases, and document filing systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Final-year student or fresh graduate.

Good understanding of contract law and legal research methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to commit to the internship period as required.
