The role involves supporting customer collections and payment status, assisting with booking forms and related agreements (Deposit, Escrow, SPA), monitoring bank loan documentation, supporting subsale transactions, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders. Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; English is a plus.
