Qorvo RFIC Design Engineer Internship in the Advanced Cellular group. Responsibilities include architectural feasibility study, design, simulation, and layout of RF circuit blocks such as PA, LNA, and RF switch using GaAs and SOI-based technologies; work with ADS, Cadence, and HFSS for active/passive circuit design and RF simulations; learn the Qorvo IC design flow from schematic to fully assembled circuit; present results and collaborate with applications engineers.
