Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Hourly role offering a starting salary of at least $52,000 per year ($27.88/hr or $57,990/year). Weekend premium pay of $3.00–$4.00 per hour. Advancement opportunities after a 6–9 month training period with a base pay increase. Must be prepared to work a weekend day and holidays as necessary. Responsibilities include developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing vehicle inventory, generating new business leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel within the district; valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles; and DOT safety requirements.
