Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Penske is hiring a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Harahan, LA. This program offers ongoing training and mentoring with opportunities for advancement across hundreds of locations nationwide. Responsibilities include developing solutions for local and national accounts (including Fortune 500), managing a large vehicle fleet, generating new business leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred); effective written and verbal communication; internship or customer-facing experience; results orientation, attention to detail, and good time management; a valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles (including a 26' box truck); willingness to travel within the district; and regulatory requirements such as DOT, MVR checks, DOT physical, safety history, and potential drug screening. The shift is flexible, including some evenings and weekends.
