Sales and Operations Management Trainee located at the Penske facility in New Castle, DE. The role involves learning Penske's sales processes, leading-edge technology and ongoing training and mentoring to help cultivate skills across sales, operations, finance, customer service, technology and more. You’ll be on the fast track to a management career with advancement opportunities at hundreds of locations nationwide. Responsibilities include developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing a large vehicle inventory, generating new business leads, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The position requires driving Penske vehicles (including a 26’ box truck), travel within the district as needed, and compliance with DOT regulations.
