Sales and Operations Management Trainee

Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Arlington, TX. Bachelor's degree required (Business or Marketing preferred). The shift requires a flexible schedule including some weekend hours. Responsibilities include developing consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts (including Fortune 500), managing large vehicle inventory, generating new business leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferred in Business or Marketing), effective written and verbal communication, customer-facing experience, attention to detail and time management, valid driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles (including a 26’ box truck), regular predictable attendance, and DOT-related requirements (MVR, DOT physical, drug screening and corresponding eligibility for CDL holders). Willingness to travel within the district and to training sites is required.
