Major responsibilities include developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing inventory of vehicles, generating new business leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business or Marketing), effective communication skills, internship or related experience in a customer-facing role, results-oriented mindset, valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles (including a 26’ box truck), and DOT-regulated requirements with background checks and drug screening. Willingness to travel within the district and to training sites; safety-sensitive role with required alertness.
