Shareholder Accounting Intern

Shareholder Accounting Intern reports directly to the Shareholder Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with stock and equity transfer applications and auditing for compliance, verifying and recording security filings (crop liens, UCC agreements, equity securities), preparing shareholder beet payments, coordinating review of shareholder agreements for compliance, and supporting data, reporting, and process improvement in an accounting/finance environment. Requires junior or senior standing in Accounting, Finance, or Business; proficiency with Office 365 and Excel; strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
