On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Program, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?

Smart Manufacturing: Get involved in innovative projects that leverage AI, data and technology to transform our manufacturing processes.

Problem Solving: Lead impactful continuous improvement projects while developing your expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma skills.

Drive change and innovation: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes using tools like Standard Work, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.

Make a difference: Leading projects to improve lead times and eliminate inefficiencies, ensuring our supply chain operates at peak performance.

Collaboration: Work with experts to prioritize and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in coaching and project management.

Business Excellence: Be at the forefront of innovation by contributing to the deployment of GSK’s production system (GPS) strategy.
