Stage internship in Paris (Paris 1er) assisting the Head of After-Sales Services for the Mode division. You will help develop and implement new after-sales services for leather goods, shoes, and ready-to-wear; organize meetings, produce materials and minutes, track deliverables with GANTT, and coordinate information among HQ, markets, and externals. You will also support BU SF activities with Repair Centers and pilot Hyper Care and PIR programs, and contribute to defining the future SAV landscape.
